Scenario: Your uncle Bob who is a resident of California went on a vacation to Miami, Florida with you. Â He was speeding and the police pulled him over. After some conversation with the police officer, Uncle Bob was handcuffed and put in the back of the police car.

Bob has never been out of the state until now. He has no prior crimes in Florida or any other state other than California. The Florida police department knows his name, birth date, height, and weight. Â They also know the dates of his offenses, trial and punishment. You wonder why Uncle Bob was arrested and how Florida would know of his offenses in California.

Assignment: Analyze the methods used to obtain the data gathered on Uncle Bob and how this data was available to the Miami Police Department. Be sure to address the following:
